宁君，男，1966年9月出生于内蒙古。2005年5月受聘为中国农科院植保所农药学研究一级岗位人员。新农药创制研究组组长，研究员，博士生导师。

1988年获南开大学化学系学士学位，1991年获南开大学高分子化学研究所硕士学位，1998年获中国科学院生态环境研究中心博士学位。中国科学院青年科学家奖获得者（2001），中科院生态中心研究员，博士生导师（2001），中科院研究生院教授（2002）。2004年-2005年在美国肯塔基大学药学院作高级访问学者，从事药物可控缓释纳米技术方面的研究。自进入中国农业科学院植物保护研究所以来，主要从事害虫信息素方面的研究，与吴孔明院士合作研制并商品化了世界上第一个盲蝽类（绿盲蝽）性诱剂农药，获得新农药登记证书，产生了可观的经济和生态效益。世界上首次鉴定了仓储害虫咖啡豆象的聚集素，研发的绿色技术成功解决酒厂酒曲害虫危害。系统的开展了鳞翅目等害虫性信息素研究开发，十几项发明专利获得转让，代表性的如绿盲蝽，咖啡豆象，二化螟，甘蓝夜蛾，草地贪夜蛾等。以第一作者或通讯作者发表国际学术论文70余篇，培养博士硕士研究生多名，多数在中国著名高校和科研院所工作，一部分在美国。
