李祥瑞，女，1982年生，山西人，博士，副研究员。2011年在中国农业大学昆虫系获博士学位，博士期间在美国肯塔基大学昆虫系工作2年，期间赴美国麻省医学院进修学习。2011年进入中国农科院植保所害虫监测预警技术研究组工作，主要研究方向为昆虫生理生化及昆虫分子生物学。
长期从事小麦重大害虫的监测预警、综合防控及前瞻性研究工作等，重点研究农业重大害虫的防控技术和对相关分子机制的挖掘。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、国家重点研发计划子课题2项，累计经费195万元；作为骨干参加小麦产业技术体系、十二五科技支撑计划、转基因重大专项、国家重点研发计划、农药减施增效技术集成与示范等项目，可支配经费>500万元。在Insect biochemistry and molecular biology, Frontiers in Physiology, Insect Molecular Biology, Scientific Reports等期刊发表研究性论文60余篇，以第一发明人授权国家发明专利5项，主编和参编中、英文著作5部。培养博士1名，硕士4名。
